The new Canter is now even more economical. Even more functional. And more comfortable than ever before. But don’t just take our word for it, try it for yourself at your local Dealer and you could be in with the chance of winning one for a year. </p><p>Please see below for full Terms and Conditions.</p><p><strong>To arrange a test drive and be entered into a draw to win a new Canter for a year call 0800 055 6050 or contact your local Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle dealer.*</strong></p><p><span class="smallprint"><strong>*Terms and Conditions for new Canter prize draw:</strong> </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">Every person who is resident in the UK who takes a test drive of a new Canter TF at a participating dealer up to and including 31.12.12 will have the opportunity to enter a free prize draw (the “Draw”). Each entrant will beentered into the Draw to win the use of a new Canter TF for the period of 12 months (the “Prize”). The Promoter is Mercedes-Benz UK Limited, Delaware Drive, Tongwell, Milton Keynes, MK15 8BA (the “Promoter”). The following terms and conditions apply to the Draw:</span></p><p><span class="smallprint">1. To enter into the Draw for the Prize you must complete all the relevant and mandatory fields on the entry form to obtain a valid entry. All entrants who have correctly completed their details will be entered into the Draw. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">2. The Draw will be open for entry between 01.01.12 (“Start Date”) and 31.12.12 (“Closing date”), and everyone who takes a test drive at participating dealers during this period shall have the opportunity to enter the Draw. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">3. Any entries received either before the Start Date and/or after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Draw. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">4. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random on 01.02.13. The selection of the winner will be conducted by the Promoter under the supervision of an independent observer, and the selection will be final. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">5. Once the winner has been selected, they will be notified by 01.03.13 and arrangements will be made for them to receive/claim their Prize. There is no cash alternative available. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">6. The winner will need to hold a full and valid UK driving licence and will need to sign a long loan vehicle agreement for the Prize, to be supplied by the Promoter (copy available on request). Failure to comply with this clause will lead to exclusion from the Draw, and a re-draw will take place. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">7. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified, but will be entitled to request details of the winner by writing to the Truck Marketing Department at the registered office of the Promoter (as shown above). </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">8. Any entrant and/or participant who has provided false or misleading information and/or has breached theseterms and conditions will be immediately disqualified from this Draw. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">9. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold any Prize under these terms and conditions if they have been breached. In the event of a breach, the Draw will be re-opened. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">10. No purchase is necessary. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">11. We are unable to commit to any particular specification, but will always try to accommodate any preferences that you may have. Any non factory supplied accessories requested by you will be fitted at your cost. The vehicle will be supplied as a chassis cab. We agree to fund body work costs up to the value of £10,000 excl. VAT. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">12. There is a limit of one entry per person. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">13. The Draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees of Mercedes-Benz UK and the dealer network, their relatives, and any employees of any Group Company of Daimler AG Stuttgart. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">14. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">15. Entry into the Draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.</span></p><p><span class="smallprint">16. The winner agrees to use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the Draw. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">17. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Draw at any time without notice. </span></p><p><span class="smallprint">18. The Competition shall be governed and construed and have effect in all respects in accordance with English Law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of or in connection with it.</span> </p><p> </p>
